Subscriptions & Feature Access

Your Valossa AI subscription determines which detection types and capabilities are available when you analyse a video. Each subscription has its own API key — the key you use in a new_job request selects the subscription and its associated features.

Key-Per-Subscription Model

Each Valossa AI subscription has its own API key. This means:

  • Different subscriptions provide different AI features (e.g., content moderation vs. face analysis vs. ad scoring).
  • The API key you use for a new_job request selects the subscription and its associated features.
  • If you need different feature sets for different applications, you may have multiple subscriptions, each with a separate API key.

Single-User vs. Multi-User

Trial & Self-Serve Plans (Single User)

Trial subscriptions and self-serve paid plans support one user only. Each plan has one account with one API key. This is sufficient for individual developers, evaluation, and small-scale production use.

Enterprise Subscriptions (Multi-User)

Enterprise subscriptions support multiple users within a single organization account:

  1. The administrator creates the organization account.
  2. Additional users are added via My Account > Manage Users in Valossa Portal.
  3. Each user is mapped to the organization and can be granted permissions on specific API keys.

User Permissions

Permissions are configured as mappings between users and API keys:

  • Read access — The user can view analysis results for jobs created with the given API key.
  • Read-write access — The user can view results and submit new analysis jobs with the given API key.

Configure permissions per user in the Manage Users section of Valossa Portal.

Important

Your organization should have only one customer account (the organization account). All team members should be added as users under this single account rather than creating separate customer accounts.
